education is the key to a global workforce

Educare Center, Inc. was incorporated as a 501-3c non-profit organization in 2008 with the vision of providing quality education and work advancement programming in the central Georgia area. Since then we have implemented mentoring and tutoring programs for school-aged youth, that included summer and after-school food programs, serving over 300 youth. Families are served through a food bank distribution in several cities in the central Georgia area, on a quarterly basis.

 

Through an adult education program, GED preparation, basic reading and math literacy, English as a second language, and citizenship preparation have been offered (in collaboration with area education providers and local agencies). Also offered have been employment counseling, job fairs, health fairs, financial planning, family literacy, and car seat training (collaboration with National Standardized Child Passenger Safety Training Program).

 

These services have evolved into the current offerings: veteran and military services, workforce and career education, family and youth services. Centered in Warner Robins, Georgia, these services are available locally, and throughout the United States via the internet.
